- Eucalyptus oil
- Lavender oil
Dilute it on witch hazel, vegetable oil or 190 proof alcohol

First Aid Kit
As I prepare for our trip across the seas, I am researching products for First Aid.
I have been here before, exactly a year ago and somewhat I find myself doing it all over again, in this blog I hope to write down all the useful information that I'll need during this trip and our stay.
There are a few good websites with useful information on building an essential First Aid Kit. Here are a few I found and after digesting it I'll create my list from a combination of the most appropriate for our situation:

- From: Mayo Clinic and Kit for Kids or stocking up Medicine Cabinet
- Good advise on how to treat different ailments here
Last but certainly not least, my favorite
- The Herb Companion's Natural Herb Kit version.
